New accounts get a 7-day free trial of Babay premium — no payment information required to start. When the trial ends, you can choose to subscribe to keep using premium features. We don't charge you automatically when the trial ends.

Premium is available in the iOS app as a monthly plan ($4.99/month), an annual plan ($14.99/year), or a one-time Lifetime purchase ($29.99). Prices appear in your local currency at checkout and may vary by region. The exact price and billing period are always shown before you confirm a purchase.

Auto-renewable subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID, not inside Babay:

• Open the iOS Settings app
• Tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions
• Select Babay and choose to change or cancel your plan

Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep premium access through the end of the period you already paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

In-app purchases are processed by Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. If you have trouble, email us and we'll help where we can.

First, open the paywall in the app and tap Restore Purchases, and make sure you're signed in to the same Babay account and Apple ID you used to buy. If it still doesn't unlock, email us with the email on your Babay account and we'll sort it out.

BabayCam turns a phone or tablet into a baby monitor and lets you watch from another device through a private link. Camera frames are sent only to deliver the live view and are stored only transiently while a session is active — they're deleted when you stop the session. Viewing links are private and unguessable; only share them with people you trust, and stop the session when you're done.

No. Babay provides general, educational parenting information aggregated from trusted sources. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your pediatrician with questions about your child's health, and call emergency services for any emergency.

You can delete your account in the app from the Account page, or request deletion by email. See our Data Deletion page for details. Requests are processed within 30 days.

If you signed up with Google, Facebook, or Apple, use that same button to sign back in. If you used an email and password and can't sign in, email us and we'll help you regain access.
