Data Deletion Request
We respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. If you would like to delete your Babay account and all associated data, you can do so using the methods below.
How to Delete Your Data
- In-App: Go to your Account page and click "Delete Account" at the bottom of the page.
- Email Request: Send an email to the address below with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your account.
- Facebook Settings: You can also remove Babay's access through your Facebook Settings > Apps and Websites.
Upon receiving your request, we will:
- Delete your account profile information
- Delete your child profiles and all myBabay data (milestones, growth, vaccines, care logs, foods, and "firsts")
- Delete photos you attached to memories and any BabayCam sessions and links
- Delete your saved questions and answers
- Remove your authentication tokens
- Delete any associated analytics data
Data deletion requests are processed within 30 days.
